Jacob & Co. TimePunks represent a collection of 99 digital collectibles, offered by Jacob & Co. which may be minted when purchased and redeemed by CryptoPunks holders for the creation of a custom designed watch and a NFT digital artwork. The watch will be designed and crafted by Jacob & Co. with the Cryptopunk owner’s Punk NFT. Only 99 individually unique Jacob & Co. TimePunks will be available for purchase. Each customer may purchase a max of 3 Jacob & Co. TimePunks.

The Jacob & Co. TimePunk is a stunning fusion of case and movement, designed to function as one. Crafting the Jacob & Co. TimePunks required a fresh perspective—one where everything is defined by the bold X, yet still allows light to pour through. The result is a striking timepiece that feels as much about art as it does about horology.

What are the watch complications and features?
Jacob & Co TimePunks are ruled by design and so is caliber JCAM45. Functionally, it is an hour and minute movement. In spirit, its skeleton structure follows the X rule. It is light, technical and revolves entirely around its shape.
The Skeleton Movement
The caliber JCAM45 offers maximum transparency thanks to its skeletonized form. All the components that should be full are hollowed out. Instead of a mainplate, the entire movement is hanging on the two vertical bridges. Every visible component has a double function: technical and aesthetic. The structure becomes the shape, the design and the identity of Jacob & Co TimePunks.
The Finishings
Caliber JCAM45 receives surface finishings that serve its skeleton structure. In the absence of a flat surface, the plating color of the gears and the bridges becomes essential. The beveling of the components is everywhere, enhancing the structure, revealing it with brilliant and matte edges.

Can I make any customizations?
No personalization is available.
Each watch will feature a unique CryptoPunk suspended above the mainspring and be engraved with the CryptoPunk series number on the reverse caseback.
No engraving is possible on the back beyond the edition number.
What is included with my purchase?
Anticipated delivery for the physical product is in August 2025, though the digital collectible is available to view once the final rendering is completed as a standalone custom 1 of 1 NFT on the Ethereum blockchain.

How much does a Jacob & Co TimePunk cost?
Each TimePunk will cost $50,000 which includes the cost of the NFT, the custom watch and shipping.
Who is eligible to buy a Jacob & Co. TimePunk?
Any user globally who is not on the OFAC sanctioned country list and properly completes shipping and compliance information. You must be 18 years or older and agree to the Terms and Conditions to purchase a Jacob & Co. TimePunk.
What type of wallet do I need to purchase a Jacob & Co. TimePunk?
To purchase a Jacob & Co. TimePunk you will need to use a wallet where you control the private keys. Suggested wallets are MetaMask or Trust Wallet. You will be unable to make this purchase without a wallet that you own the private keys directly for such as an exchange wallet. A delegated option will be provided during the release time.

Yes, once purchased, the Jacob & Co. TimePunks is an NFT that is retained in your crypto wallet. If you own a CryptoPunks NFT and choose to, the pass may be redeemed for a one-of-a-kind watch experience.
How many Jacob & Co. TimePunks can be purchased?
A maximum of 3 Jacob & Co. TimePunks are able to be purchased by each customer.
Can I return or exchange my purchase?
No, all sales are final. Once the purchase is completed, it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. This policy is legally binding, and by proceeding with the purchase, you agree to these terms.

Is there a deadline to redeem my TimePunk?
A deadline will be provided alongside the public launch announcement, with customers receiving clear guidance through the process at that time.
What do I need in order to redeem my TimePunk?
A portal will be located at https://jacobandcotimepunks which will allow you to select which CryptoPunk(s) you want redeemed, these can be located in separated wallets.
If your CryptoPunk(s) are in an offline/cold-storage wallet you will need to offline sign a unique access code from that wallet.
Instructions on how to do so will be provided prior to the public launch.
What if my CryptoPunk that I want to redeem is not in the same wallet as my TimePunk?
If you would like to utilize a CryptoPunk(s) from another wallet without transferring the CryptoPunks(s) to the same wallet the TimePunks is in, steps will be given nearer to the public launch time.
